Who can become a referral partner?
Individuals and businesses that can enter a binding agreement and responsibly introduce DentalPresence to dental practices may apply. Customer and administrator accounts remain separate from referral partner accounts.
What commission can I earn?
The current rate is 12.5% of eligible recurring subscription revenue actually collected from an attributed customer. Taxes, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, reversals, credits, free service, and non-subscription charges are excluded.
How is a customer attributed to me?
A prospective customer must use your valid referral link and create a new account within the current attribution window. The last valid referral click before account creation controls attribution.
When does commission become payable?
Commission remains pending through the applicable refund window. It becomes payable only after the payment remains completed and is not refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back.
How are payouts made?
Payable commissions are processed manually through PayPal using the PayPal email or ID in your partner profile. Different currencies are accounted for and paid separately.
Is income guaranteed?
No. Earnings depend on valid referrals, customer payments, refunds, continued subscriptions, and compliance with the Referral Partner Agreement.
